For account access, application status, ride coordination, privacy, or technical problems, email [email protected] with “MCGI Lift support” in the subject line.

Include only what is needed

• The Google email address used to sign in.
• A short description of the problem and the approximate time it occurred.
• The ride or application reference, if one is visible in the app.

Do not email passwords, Google authentication codes, boarding PINs, identity-document images, or exact pickup and destination details.

Safety and emergencies

MCGI Lift is not an emergency-response or live-monitoring service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency service first. Use the in-app safety report for reviewable service concerns after urgent help has been contacted.

Use the account-deletion page to request deletion. For access, correction, or other privacy questions, use the privacy contact above and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
